Am 1. Mai war hier auch ein Feiertag, somit hatte ich frei und habe die Zeit genutzt um eine Tour mit dem Bike zu machen. Bin in der Früh zum Terminal gefahren und mit dem Bus 2,5 h nach La Cumbre. Von dort bin ich dann mit dem Bike auf den el Mirador gefahren, ein herrlicher Aussichtsberg, der vor allem von Paragleitern genutzt wird. Von dort ging es dann einige hundert Höhenmeter runter ins Tal cuchi corral. Eine optimale Mountainbikestrecke, Flußdurchquerungen inklusive. Angekommen am Río Pinto, einem glasklaren Fluß, hab ich dort mal eine Pause eingelegt, bin ein bisschen geschwommen und hab mir danach die warme Herbstsonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen. Die Flußlandschaft ist bezaubernd schön, das Wasser wie gesagt glasklar (Redseequalität) und es sind nur ganz wenig Leute dort. Von dort bin ich dann das Tal immer leicht aufwärts bis in die Ortschaft La Falda gefahren. Auf diesen 40 km trifft man dann überhaupt niemanden mehr. Da ich wieder mal Reifenprobleme hatte (2 Platte) und die Beschädigung nicht zu finden war, hat sich die Tour zeitlich ziemlich hingezogen und ich bin erst abends in la falda angekommen. Die ganze Runde sind ca. 70 km, fast ausschließlich auf Schotter (Sand) d.h. quasi kein Verkehr und ist somit sicher eine der schönsten Mountainbikestrecken Córdobas (vor allem, weil man es auch mit baden verbinden kann). Auch die Landschaft rundherum ist beeindruckend schön und wenns irgendwie geht möchte ich da unbedingt noch mal hin. Hier einige Fotos:
